User Permissions Group to particular Project

Hi,

There is DOORS user who is part of a XYZ_Permissions group having full access(RMCDA) that is specific to a particular project. But i have only "R" access. As I am DOORS Administrator while checking that why that user doesn't have full access, the group name is deselected and showing no users in that group.

Even though I have added users individually to that project with all the access, it is not applicable to its sub modules or folders, so what i am doing is i am going to its sub module or folder and adding user to access permissions category.

How to give access to individual users to a particular project and its sub modules present inside it in a single step. Please help me.
